The first olives were planted on the farm Theuniskraal Estate in the Tulbach area in 2006. By 2010 the farm was ready to bottle and sell a small amount of oil. Now, just a few years later, there are 5 hectares in production with focus on four different olive cultivars, namely Frantoio, Leccino, Coratina and Mission. All olives are handpicked at optimum maturity to produce the absolute best quality oil each year.
